Partners with Purpose (PWP) is a non-profit organization committed to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing for households with limited financial resources in Lancaster County.

Founded in 2019 as an affiliate of the Lancaster City Housing Authority, PWP helps Lancaster families thrive by preserving 95 affordable homes that provide the stability and opportunity for families to build a brighter future.

What We Do

Affordable Homes for Lancaster Families.

Through a managing agreement with the Lancaster City Housing Authority, Partners with Purpose provides affordable homes for households earning at or below 50% of the area median income.

Property Investment & Rehabilitation

Since 2023, Partners with Purpose has secured more than $1.5 Million in funding to rehabilitate and modernize homes, ensuring they meet current standards of safety, efficiency, and comfort.

Community Partnerships

We collaborate with housing providers, non-profit organizations, and elected officials to expand access to affordable housing opportunities and leverage shared resources.
