Lancaster City Housing Authority is excited to introduce our new Landlord Portal, designed to enhance the services available to our valued landlords. This secure web tool allows you to:
- View and reprint rent payments and 1099 forms
- Access details about your currently occupied units
- Review and update your contact and banking information
- Utilize the Secure Document Exchange to easily send and receive documents with the Housing Authority
- Sign documents electronically for added convenience
Getting Started
To log in, click the Landlord Portal link below.
Once on the login page, click Register as a new user and enter the Registration Code provided by the Housing Authority.
