Lead Mechanic
We are looking for a Lead Mechanic to oversee and guide a team of Mechanics, Assistants, and Laborers. Along with supervisory duties, this position involves performing a wide range of skilled maintenance and repair tasks to maintain public housing facilities and their surrounding grounds. The role includes handling complex repairs as well as routine maintenance assignments.
Maintenance Mechanic Assistant
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Assistant to perform manual work in the custodial care of public housing buildings and surrounding grounds. This position is responsible for janitorial work, keeping the premises of a dwelling unit, office, or building clean, and making minor repairs. The individual in this role will uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional growth, offering mentorship to develop future maintenance expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
