MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join the LCHA team. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preserving LCHA properties, facilities, buildings, and grounds to ensure they remain safe, functional, well-maintained, and in good operating condition. This position performs a variety of routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and related duties in residential, office, and other Authority facilities.
