LCHA currently has a team of sixteen Lead Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanic Assistants, and Laborers scattered amongst our two towers, two family sites, and Cross City Properties. Team members range from two months to 37 years of employment with the Housing Authority. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding service and making a significant impact. From keeping the grounds neat and orderly, the community areas of the towers clean and safe, to handling leaks, clogs, power outages, and more, the Team makes every work order a priority.

Without our Maintenance Team, LCHA would not be able to provide clean and safe housing for our residents. We are truly grateful for all they do to maintain and improve the properties so many call home.
