LCHA Welcomes Alex Otthofer and Mariam Hazkiel

Join us in welcoming Alex Otthofer and Maria Hazkiel the the Lancaster City Housing Authority team.

Alex Otthofer

Lancaster City Housing Authority welcomes Alex Otthofer as Grants & Development Director. Alex joined the team in June 2025 to lead strategic fundraising and communications for LCHA and its non-profit affiliate Partners with Purpose.

Alex brings over four years of experience working in Lancaster’s non-profit sector, with a background in fundraising, project management, community engagement, and strategic communications. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and International Studies from Millersville University.

Mariam Hazkiel

Lancaster City Housing Authority is pleased to welcome Mariam Hazkial as part-time Accounts Payable at our Central Office. Mariam joined LCHA in June 2025, bringing with her over a decade of financial experience, including 11 years as a Consumer & Small Business Coordinator at Fulton Bank.

Mariam holds a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and is passionate about problem-solving, numbers, and analysis. She works alongside the Accounting team to manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
