Fresh Faces At LCHA: Meet Scarleth and Lidia

Scarleth Garcia

Lancaster City Housing Authority is pleased to welcome Scarleth Garcia to the team. Scarleth joined LCHA in July 2025 as Resident Selection Specialist. She brings more than a decade of administrative and customer service experience across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as an Assistant at Exclusive Auto Body, where she managed administrative operations and bank accounts for three years.

Passionate about continuous learning, Scarleth enjoys reading, exploring new places, and gaining hands-on experience in new areas. We are excited to have Scarleth’s skills, energy, and dedication on the LCHA team.

Lidia Ortiz

Please join LCHA in welcoming Lidia Ortiz to the LCHA team. Lidia joined LCHA in August 2025 as Receptionist with more than 20 years of experience in reception and administrative support, including two decades with Brimmer’s License Center. As the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting the Central Office, Lidia is here to assist visitors and connect residents, applicants, and community members with the resources they need for their housing journey.

Outside of work, Lidia enjoys reading, walking, listening to music, and spending time outdoors hiking and biking. She also loves baking and cooking.
