Maria Laventure

Lancaster City Housing Authority is proud to congratulate Maria Laventure on her promotion to Assistant Housing Manager, effective February 2025.

Maria has been a valued member of the LCHA team for many years. She first served the Authority from 2004 to 2011 before rejoining in May 2021 as a Recertification Specialist. In that role, she oversaw rent calculations and file management for two of LCHA’s family housing communities—Susquehanna Courts and Franklin Terrace.

In her new position as Assistant Housing Manager, Maria continues to handle recertifications for Franklin Terrace while expanding her responsibilities to include addressing tenant concerns, ensuring site maintenance, enforcing work orders, and supervising the ROSS program. Her attention to detail, knowledge of policy, and strong relationships with residents make her an invaluable asset to both her colleagues and the families she serves.

Yvette Sepulveda

Lancaster City Housing Authority is pleased to congratulate Yvette Sepulveda on her promotion to Assistant Housing Manager at Church Street Towers and Farnum Street East, effective February 2025.

Yvette joined LCHA in January 2023 as a Housing Specialist, bringing valuable customer service and managerial experience from her previous role as a Retail Manager. In her first year with the Authority, she provided direct support to tenants by answering inquiries, assisting with applications and waitlist questions, and ensuring residents had access to the resources they needed.

In her new role as Assistant Housing Manager, Yvette’s responsibilities expand to include overseeing work order completion, managing annual recertifications, conducting inspections, and calculating rent. She also supervises front desk operations led by Reception and provides support to the Housing Manager.
